Return & Refund Policy

Applicability

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all customers worldwide, including both Indian and international orders. However, specific conditions regarding shipping, customs, and refund timelines may vary based on the customer’s location.

Craftsmanship & Customization Disclaimer

Each product is handcrafted and customized according to the customer’s measurements and preferences. Due to the intricate nature of hand embroidery and artisanal craftsmanship:

  • Minor variations in design, embroidery, or finish are intentional and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Hand embroidery may slightly differ from the images shown, as no two handcrafted pieces can be identical.
  • These variations are not considered defects but rather a testament to the exclusivity of our creations.

As a result, returns based solely on minor variations in embroidery, color tone, or craftsmanship will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns (India & International)

Customers can initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
  • Custom-made or personalised items may only be eligible for returns in cases of:
    1. Significant manufacturing defects.
    2. Incorrect product received (wrong size, color, or design)
    3. Size mismatch due to production error (not as per the measurements provided by the customer)
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be eligible for return.

Reasons for Returns

Customers can request returns for reasons such as:

  • Significant size mismatch (not matching the provided measurements)
  • Major manufacturing defects
  • Product not matching the confirmed order specifications

Process for Returns

Step 1: Initiating the Return

  • Customers must contact customer support or complete a return request form on the website within 3 days of delivery.
  • Order details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable) must be provided.

Step 2: Return Shipping

  • A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for size issues, manufacturing defect or incorrect item received.
  • For other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • For International orders custom duties, taxes and import fees (If applicable) are non-refunded

Inspection & Refund (India & International)

  • Once the returned item is received, the brand will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy criteria.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing time may vary from 1-5 days for international transactions).
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size or a replacement for defective items.
  • Exchanges for international orders will include additional shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the delicate nature of handcrafted and customised garments, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage
  • Minor embroidery variations, handcrafted differences, or slight color tone deviations
  • Custom-made garments unless there is a clear production defect

Communication

  • Customers will receive regular updates on the return and refund status.
  • Customer support will be available to assist with any queries regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Exceptions

The brand reserves the right to make exceptions to the return policy in special cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
